Dr. Rommie Fakhoury is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 25 years of experience in the medical field and serves as the on-site physician for the Ontario Reign Hockey team. Throughout his career, he has treated a wide range of patients, including many struggling with persistent fatigue, vitamin deficiencies, low energy, and general wellness concerns.
After seeing a growing number of patients whose fatigue and nutrient deficiencies were not always fully addressed through traditional methods or oral supplements alone, Dr. Fakhoury recognized the need for a more direct, personalized approach. This insight helped inspire the collaborative creation of Claremont IV Hydration and Health.
